my little finn, finn...

or finnsters or finny...yup, the nick names keep on coming! it'll be interesting to see which one sticks. with daley, she had quite a lot, but doodles seems to have stuck and with jack, probably because he is the first and didn't have an older sibling who came up with anything, he seems to be mostly jack, but "jackie" to daley! i love how they come up with their own names for each other. as long as they're appropriate of course!

where shall we begin...finn is rolling over! he started this past saturday (july 27). of course, the one time i leave him, he does it! i mean seriously, i rarely go anywhere without him...little bugger!?

we have tried a little cereal, but he has only had it twice. he's recently having some tummy issues(read: constipation), so i've backed off on the solids in hopes that we can get things regulated. poor kid...he seems to have the brunt of the stomach issues in this house. actually i didn't really have intentions of starting solids this early, but sleep deprivation got the  best of me and i became desperate!! as i knew would be the case, the cereal did not miraculously solve our sleepless issues, but it was worth a try and finn certainly seems to enjoy it!

    My Finny Finn Finn,
    How do I love thee let me count the ways. You are the happiest baby on the block. You smile and LOL and it melts my heart.
    You also love to eat the end of the italian bread. When we were on vacation I gave you the end of the bread. You loved it and couldn't get enough of it. Somehow you had a big chunk in your mouth and it was hurting your gums, so I had to remove it, well you started to shriek and scream at me you were so mad & it was very funny. We all couldn't believe your reaction.

    You get so excited when we read Goodnight Moon. Jack is always trying to make you laugh by making funny crazy faces at you and it works. Daley just loves to sit next to you or hold you. She gently gives you a hug and kiss.

    We had a wonderful time on vacation and you get very excited when you are going in your stroller. You had several walks on the beach and of course you loved the pool and you really get excited when it is time for your bath. Of course I love to give you your bath and put you in for a nap or bed, it's our quiet time.
    I love being with you, Jack and Daley and it seems as though the time just flies by.
    I miss you like crazy cakes and can't wait to see you again so I can hug, kiss and play with you.
